Ford Opera House

From Clash City

Jump to: navigation, search

The Ford Opera House is the largest opera in Clash City. Built originally in 1843, it fell into extreme disrepair by the 1910s. In 1923, it was rebuilt through a donation from Henry Ford, and renamed in his honor. Through the efforts of the Federal Theatre Project, the theater thrived through the Depression, and remains today one of the premier venues for the well-to-do — and local Toreador and Brujah. The former are drawn to the high standard of artistry, the latter to the history of involvement of the FTP.
