Sabbat

The Sabbat is far from dominating Clash City and it's doubtful they ever will, but they're making one hell of an effort anyway. Linnaea Darwin is the Archbishop of Clash and she's set on, if not taking the city for the Sabbat, at least making it a safe place for Sabbat vampires. That involves a concerted guerrilla war against the Camarilla and (sometimes) the anarchs to keep them off balance. So the local Sabbat have a pretty military mindset.

Commander Zabat, one of the archbishops and a former Guantánamo Bay commanding officer, contributes strongly to said mindset. He's a Toreador antitribu.

The Sabbat has serious money problems; the war effort is really not paying for itself, and the unwillingness of Sabbat members to interact constructively with mortal institutions makes it difficult to take mortals' money through means more creative than armed robbery. They are making some inroads into organized crime but they are really not as good at that kind of thing as, say, the Giovanni.
